But I adore adore adore crafts! I don't have as much time and energy to do them what with the two small children now, but I do love them. During the slow season at work, I've been getting scrapbooking done which is awesome.
As far as the extra quilting fabric, etc, I wonder if the women at your church who are into crafting might be interested in some sort of craft supplies exchange? You could all bring supplies that you won't use to the exchange and trade them in for supplies you might use? Unless you've done something similar already.

I'm so so so so so SO bad at keeping up on scrapbooking. Also on taking and printing out pictures. I used to do a scrapbooking day once a month with some friends, but that was years ago. Maybe I should start that up again.

I have an avocado and corn salad pinned that I HIGHLY recommend. Soooo good.
And glad that you like the exchange idea. I wish I had a crafting group to do that with. Though I do have my sister and a few other crafty friends so I may organize something like that when the kids are older.
If you do start doing scrapbooking more regularly, I would recommend that you save cards for special occasions. For our wedding scrapbook, I cut up a lot of the cards we received and those made the most lovely decorations for the book. And for the kids' baby books, I did the same thing with the cards I received for my baby shower.
