Julia the Elder (39BC-14AD) - the daughter of Roman Emperor Augustus - is thought to have had sex with 80,000 men. Her number of conquests spiralled out of control - she was said to have had half the city's virile youths. Unsatisfied by suitors, she took to the streets and accosted male passersby for alleyway lovin'.

and Augustus banished her to an island! I'm not sure how I feel about knowing things like this off the top of my head.

this was awesome. I also heard that soon in Alabama, you won't be able to buy sex toys at all

My favorite was envisioning a bunch of pagans worshipping a 20m penis. And dang, an insta-orgasm mashine? I'd buy one if it wasn't this giant scary electric-shock machine thing, LOL.

That's so weird. I still don't understand how laws like that come into effect at all. How are the police going to KNOW if you have more than six sex toys? House raids?

I saw some 'history of sex' kinda thing on the history channel, and there was a part that said females had to put these spike-like things in their vagina's that way a 'violating' penis could not properly enter. It was to stop all the rape that was going on.
Crazayyy!

And they'd make young girls wear harnesses and shit, so they couldn't go around having sex til they were married.
