It's difficult to refrain from cracking your crutch over someones head when called "gimpy".

Things were getting better. Everything was going well... But now, every time I close my eyes my vision is torn between the gym floor and the docks, with the same image of my hands clasped over my knee trying to make the pain go away, praying it's only a dream. ohhhh no. thats not good at all. i def feel your pain though because i was doing a workout and my back started hurting and i got soo scared. im scared to go back to my physio because i dont think i can hear him say you can't row anymore. that woudl just scare me way too much. but i hope your knee gets better.
just give it time is what i learned..

I'm so sorry Melissa. Even though no one will ever be able to know how you feel about this acurately (everyone feels things differently) this will sure as hell be an experience that you will remember. The goods and bads. I think there are very few people that understand any injury, and what it does to your mind and soul, and even the ones who have faced them, still dont understand why, and how they suffered through them, and endeared that pain. I hope that things work out for you. And anyone who calls you GIMPY, is going to get a fucking wack in the sack from me.
