Have you tried filing the nails? That's what we were told to do in class and what my sister-in-law did with our nephew. I tend to file mine every few days and only clip them on occasion (they are also growing crazy fast, one of the few pluses of my pregnancy hormones - I got random acne instead of the glow and my hair is still falling out per normal.) We were also told about mittens to help prevent scratches, but as much as this kid seems to want its hands in its mouth in utero, I'm not sure they would be helpful if the same trait carries through once born (I assume it will b/c both Chris and I like sucking thumbs/fingers as newborns.)
When does tummy time start? From the classes I thought right away, but no one has given me an answer on that (just like no one has said when's a good time to start pumping if the point is to build up a freezer storage supply rather than pumping to return to work.)
At least she's rolling already. I thought that usually took a couple of months, so go Ally! :-)
Haven't tried filing, no, that might be a good idea. Our class suggested biting them if you bite your own, since you are likely able to do it w/o hurting them, so that is what I have been doing.
Dunno, actually. I originally read somewhere about 6 weeks, so we hadn't started until recently, but then I read just recently to start right away. So no clue, hehe.
