RE: #4. Praying for you. Pray much about this one dear. When we want to do what God want us to do, He makes a way for us to do it. Can you work on days when others are off so Ally always has someone nearby who isn't working? OF course then none of you would have off days together. Can Grandpa come baby sit while you work? Yeah, I can't see that 8 hour thing in any way either Is there any way you can NOT work? Love to you Mom K.
Me not working doesn't really seem to be feasible. It has been ok with the lack of paychecks this past couple months, but that is largely because of Paul's christmas bonus and Kelly's help with her massive amounts of overtime. *sigh* I wish there were a way.
Dad has volunteered to come over and help when I need it, but I don't want to use that daily, as it is quite a long drive for him.
Ally did seem to cry a lot even during the virtual shower. Chris commented to that end and asked if it was normal. Since *normal* is relative per child, I told him I had no idea. We aren't around kids a whole lot, but our nephew seemed to be a really happy baby that rarely cried when he was younger, which is I think what Chris was thinking of (though our nephew drools and spits up like crazy, soaking several bibs/outfits in a few hours.) That and Chris is hoping not to have to deal with lots of crying in a few months. The more I read the more I think every kid has issues with something and does well with something else

Hahaha, glad to hear it!!
Also, I'm glad to hear colic is manageable. *hugs* Sorry to hear she's having trouble with gas pains, though!
Wrt #4 -- **HUGS** I'm sorry. :( I have no good advice, obviously, but I hope you find a solution that you're all happy with!
