This is long overdue, but it has been a crazy few weeks! A lot has happened lately, some of which I have posted about briefly on facebook, some not really. Most of this post will be a copy-paste from the email update I just sent to my doula, hehe - why type things twice

Jealous about your ability to have a home birth covered by insurance. PA won't certify midwives unless they work for an ob generally. I might look into it more if it becomes relevant, but I don't think it'll work out financially for us to do a home birth, even though I'd much prefer it. Definitely getting a doula though, and I've already found one I want b/c I know her from other groups I'm in. One of these times where you're out east coast we'll have to get together. :-) Glad things are generally going well for you. Not too much longer and Ally will be a big sister.
