A strange man insistently rang our doorbell at 5:30 this morning, waking us up. I didn't open the door, and he went away after a minute, but I don't know what that was all about

That happened to us one time. Turns out it was because a big truck had gotten stuck on our street and needed a bunch of people to move their cars out of the way. J answered the door with a knife in his pocket just in case, while I hid with a phone.

That's weird and I can see why it would freak you out. I wonder if it was related to the slide rule person from before?
