My knee still fucking hurts!!! I think it's a combo of not having time to sit down longer than 5 minutes at work this week, and still from being cramped up on the planes on sunday. Gah.

so i had a GREAT dinner. ha. a dinner of kettle corn popcorn, goldfish crackers, a chocolate pastry and a bud light. fuck yeah.

maybe something is going on, I too have some serious stress, but I can usually sleep with no problem. I got a grand total of 3 hours last night
