For the love of Scotland!

The first time I went to Scotland, the tour guide kept mentioning Maid of Honor all the way back from the Highlands, because we drove by places that had been in the movie. Considering I went back to unicorn land this year, while I was riding through the mountains I thought of this Top 5. So here it is. :D

This post makes me happy :D I have to admit to having seen only Maid of Honour though! People have been talking about Sunshine on Leith recently - I think it's maybe coming to one of our theatres soon - and I'd really like to see it. I work just up the road from Leith these days. I skim-read the book One Day while house-sitting for a family in Brittany, and, even just skimming, it was heart-breaking. I don't think I could handle the film, it's too close to my greatest fears. I'd like to try reading the book of Trainspotting too.

OH, that would be so cool! To watch it at the movies! Yup. Do that if you can. It's such a happy movie. I remember that last scene and I get all teary-eyed, it was so happy and pretty and musical! I love it.

Yup, that's pretty much One Day. Heart-breaking. I read the book before watching the movie but still, wow.
