It was 9th grade english class and we wrote a song about the grapes of wrath and performed it in front of the class...good times. In fact, the whole book is a memory... a memory of scribbles,notes, scratched out words,rephrasing of sentences, and lots of stars and jack the pumpkin king.

And whatever it was you were playing ... can't remember what it was exactly, but it was neat ... not in the classic rock sense or maybe it was (but not the silly stuff everyone "knows", but something that impressed me that a young man your age would know). you are a great musician. keep learning. how about some johnny mathis? Ha! I want to hear you play Misty on the electric guitar. i think you can play by ear, but i really wouldn't know...
