update
although im pretty sure its just migraines, it was the worst today. nausea and dizzy. plus tmj exacerbating the headaches. now cant have anything i have to chew. need heat compress for jaw, and multiple prescriptions for head plus a CT later this week. see? i knew i wasnt making this up.
