Anyone who knows me knows I'm not ridiculously overweight. I'm rather well-proportioned, try to eat somewhat healthily, and exercise on occasion. I'm definitely not in shape, but I'm not scarily, unhealthily unfit.

I've never struggled with being overweight either, my BMI has always been in the healthy range (around a 24 now - an all time high for me), but I do want to look and feel better. Oh and I've got a wedding coming up in October ;)
