A big summer goal...

Anyone who knows me knows I'm not ridiculously overweight. I'm rather well-proportioned, try to eat somewhat healthily, and exercise on occasion. I'm definitely not in shape, but I'm not scarily, unhealthily unfit.

That's a neat site, thanks for the link. I recently joined a gym with my fiance, so that should help a lot.

I've never struggled with being overweight either, my BMI has always been in the healthy range (around a 24 now - an all time high for me), but I do want to look and feel better. Oh and I've got a wedding coming up in October ;)

Ok, I admit. I signed up for sparkpeople also. I'm with you on this one, I'm not overweight, but I'm also not the weight I wish I was. And my cooking habits are terrible, I eat way too much pasta, its ridiculous. Too many carbs, that's my weekness. So, my goal is to lose 10 lbs by July 1st. It might be possible. I need to exercize though....ugh. Melissa, we can do it!!
