The fireworks in my neighborhood started going off around the first week of June. At first it was just starting in the day and ending about 11pm. Then as it got closer to July more and more went off. I hate it when my dogs just hide and tremble from all the blasting when there are fireworks around in Spain. People are just as gunpoweder happy there as they are here.

I couldn't wait until the neighbors ran out of money for fireworks this year. There must have been a buy one get a zillion free as we had the same issues!

It's just unbelievable how much money goes into that stuff. But I guess it's on fairly rare occasions and supports the lives of many people involved. I know it's crazy. (But we bought a FEW ourselves...)
