I have a very sore throat. Hopefully not strep. Will see the doc tomorrow if I'm not spectacularly better.

Punky is back to her old self. We've found the best dosage of her meds, so she doesn't have any visible side-effects. She is active, talkative and grouchy, just as usual. She eats and drinks plenty and uses her litterbox again. We're not ( Read more... )

I'm coming down with a cold. I'm a wreck this morning. I'm also sore from PT yesterday, which would be fine in normal condition, but adds an extra layer of hell today. Mood is good though.

Hah, yesterday I tried making up a dress with a big piece of sheer fabric and it turned out pretty crappy. I haven't cut much, so I'll rip it apart and try again another time. But if I'm still sewing on a regular basis at the end of the year, getting a mannequin to my measures would probably help a lot.

It's interesting how the shaved head made me feel like wearing more feminine clothes again. I felt like wearing tights and a skirt the other day but turns out the only skirts I own that fit the bill (read: black and not too "girly") are SUPER short (I wear them with leggings). I've been exhausted these past couple days. I don't know if it's my thyroid going down again but ugh. I try to go out, still, because walking helps if I don't overdo it. I was supposed to go out yesterday and the day before but I was too weak. Nothing big that I'm sad missing though.
