Hey, this is going to sound really weird, but...

I'm a senior in high school considering going to Maryville University, so I did a school search on it, and found you. I saw that you didn't even attend for a year, and I'm wondering why. Is it because you didn't like it?

I'm just curious, because if you don't like the school, I'd like to hear that side of it. It's good to get all points of view when considering a college, you know?

I only left Maryville due to financial issues. I absolutely LOVED the school. It's wonderful. Good luck whatever you choose to do :)

I'm sorry that you had to leave because of money. =( Would it be too intrusive to ask the specifics? Financial issues are very important in my family right now and I'm trying to get a good idea on how to make it all work. If you don't want to go into it, that's totally cool. I was just wondering.

Well, for me...it was like 20-something grand a year, I believe. I only had 500 bucks a semester in scholarships. It was just too much to afford. But, they do have work/study programs and financial assistance. I think you can also do some kind of payment plan.

I should be a psych major currently but am taking time off school, charlotte russe is a nice store, and I like queer as folk bc when I used to go to a downtown bar called the tally ho (catered to the 'out' in town) with my friend Chris, they would have that show on early in the night and everyone had to be quiet and watch it even if you were taking shots, or else. saw you in one of the add-mes, i need more lj friends so i can read interesting journals, add me if you'd like.
