I have an exercise for everyone.
Picture in your head the perfect companion. Ey're smart, articulate, funny and a good listener. Ey are invariably cute if not gorgeous, and you don't care that half of that is because you're enamored with eir personality. Ey love your stories and have better ones to share with you. Compliments flow like river water, as opposed to the artificially forced tap. Hunger and sleep deprivation are as nothing compared to the amusement you experience spending time with em.
Now imagine you're trapped overnight in a single building with 80 of them. That was me last night.
Why isn't everyone doing Camp IF? I don't understand the mindset that would not jump at the opportunity. I suppose it's just a lack of education, the fact that too few people know this thing exists. You get all of that and get to tell yourself that you're helping to save the world.
