This Weekend
Eleven months ago today my back was opened up and operated on. Disc material was cleaned out, bone was chipped away, all to give my inflamed nerves room to breathe. A Thursday Night in February

Telemarketers and other Nonsense
When I walked into my dark bedroom last night, my landline cordless phone was lit up, silently ringing. I don't use my landline at all and a year ago or so turned off all the ringers because the only people who ever called were telemarketers. Yay Beagles!
Usually it's the silly, exotic frou frou dogs that win these kinds of shows, or so they say, but last night America's favorite dog, the beagle, won Westminster for the first time ever. Ain't he just the sweetest little thing? And that bugle!
