Okay, this is totally random. But while I was studying for gender issue in sociology, I kind of came across with this thought. Which, the pretty much only relation between the study and my wonder is the word "gender", but anyway

It is an interesting question given the angels SPN's chosen to use. I'm thinking specifically of Azazel whose sin was to come down to earth as an angel and have sex with the women and bring odd half-breeds into the world. Or at least one of his sins, but he was still an angel while with the women and his lust for them was the real problem.

Hmm..interesting. It could also be Azazel choose to be a male man though..like choose the male vessel for self. Personally, I'd like to stick to the theory of angels being genderless. After all, they don't fall in love each other or marry each other and have children according to the bible. But it is confusing subject I think..
