I don't get an office this year :( In the old building, Rel Hons did. Totally gay. Also, tell Emmy there are other Rels Hons students, but I don't think I know them (I asked Mike!)

I really gotta get my arse into gear and email the Anth dept to make sure I can take their course (Mike confidently said it wouldn't be a problem!) and then I can be enrolled and get monies too. Not that I'm stopping working, but hey.

Where is your office? And more pertinently, is there a smoking area nearby (the only one I've seen is the one outside the library, but when I went to campus everyone including me was still smoking outside "designated areas")

And in answer to your text, YES I do want to do something Friday. Haven't seen you guys in ages!

Aw man that is totally gaylord about not getting an office, it makes things seem so much more official. That's stink that you're not the only one (no Highlander jokes for you); I haven't the other English post-grads either and I'm a bit nervous about it because I've NEVER gotten on that well with other English people (they're always such wankers), except for Peter of course.

But anyway, I'm in office 319 on the third floor of the English building, so no smoking areas. I've got a phone with an extesion too, although I haven't tried that out yet. Sounds cool though; I really like the idea of having a direct line to me. It's like the Batphone, or something.
