I like a nice thick head on a beer. I think we tend to ostracize head because it means there's less beer in the glass, but I like to enjoy it as part of the experience. It gives one a nice soft, fluffy tactile experience right before the sharp, hoppy taste experience... mmm... how nice is that? It's like eating with one's fingers. Why not see how
