I've been meaning to post thoroughly about my life for a while now. I will, eventually. ( In the mean time, pictures are more simple, so I'll share a few. )

I have an interview for an apprenticeship at Noisette Pastry Works Monday afternoon! Wish me luck!

Anyone else loving Jamie Oliver? I bought this as a housewarming gift to myself. I guess I'm late to the game with this guy, but I've become obsessed with the food network within the last year, and he's my favourite chef to watch on there. Mmmmm, rustic, english dishes, here I come!

I went to St. Jacobs, A Mennonite community, this morning. Unfortunately we were really tight for time, and only got to see a part of the farmers market. I did make off with homemade maple and garlic butters, fresh peppers and zucchini, and a monstrous basil plant though ( Read more... )

I was in the middle of uploading a bunch of pictures to facebook when my camera died, so that'll have to wait. In the meantime I'll satisfy my photo sharin' urge on here.

One of the few interesting things about facebook is that you get to see pictures of yourself that you wouldn't otherwise.

Tonight I was reading about The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus and, the next thing I knew, I'd ordered The Fisher King and Tideland. I <3 Terry Gilliam. I also tried to buy this dress, but somebody beat me to it. Spend spend Spend. I should be saving my pennies, but I really am lacking nice clothes and quality movies/music/books, etc.
