Let's Reflect 2010

Before I start talking about 2011... lets have a look back at 2010:

Here were the GOALS for 2010....

1. Find a gym and join it, get back to a normal work out routine.  Accomplished: proud member of 24hr fitness and kept a study workout schedule of ~ 1hr workouts 3-5 times a week. Plus 5-9 miles of walking at work....maybe too much (need to reevaluate ( Read more... )

Wow, I didn't think anyone could actually accomplish their new year's resolutions. And extra kudos for having really difficult ones too.
