Moving in on Sunday, and kinda freaking out. Have spent the morning on the phone trying to set up electricity, gas, phone, internet, and cable, as well as arrange move-in w/ my super. I'm really, really, indescribably happy.

I had given up on this ever actually ever happening to me, but it has--and it is everything I hoped it would be, and more.

Off to the DR tomorrow to help build a school on the DR/Haiti border. I'm scared shitless. Not so worried about the manual labor, or the harsh living conditions, or the dangerous area itself--mostly scared about what I'm going to see.
