I know exactly what you mean. Ive been trying to stop eating so much. Lately I've been eating when I'm not hungry. ALso I'm totally a sleep spaz, meaning I don't sleep when Im supposed to for as long as I should, and I take weird naps at strange times of teh day for several hours at a time. I think this affects diet too... anyway, this weekend I've been using tea to curb bad ideas. Like, wanna beer? No, tea. Hm, better go snack on some food. Nope, tea.
Nathan said earlier tonight that herbal teas are recommended in a lot of diet books, and I think if you wanted to see if you can curb the oral fixation thing we all have with tea, you can get decaf no sweat.
