It's my fault, saw the header and rushed in like a child who sees candy grabbing up the first one because these really are excellent.

I fell into this thinking 'have I missed a chapter', and yes I did. 'But it could be an interesting device that drops you in and does flashbacks revealing things as you go along,' which it turns out wasn't it but could have been. *smiles* Worked just fine that way. Don't know if I want to go read the chapter before this one, seems pretty thorn filled for Greg.

This was lovely with enough tension added and I was in tears at the end by the time Peter met his bearer. Very well done.

Sorry about that! The misunderstanding, not the tears. The tears I'm actually a little pleased about, in that slightly evil. It was an interesting scene to try and write, but I really couldn't picture it ending up any either way. Not realistically.

Glad to know it wasn't TOO confusing, even if it wasn't all that obvious!
