Mummy is a dominant or is she the reason that both Holmes are the type of Omegas that they are? There was a menage a trois or an imported Omega to provide the heirs? How would that work anyway to lease or own an Omega for that purpose? What their peers must have thought of such things in either case.
A reflection of that history would be very entertaining or infuriating on behalf of the Omega if they used one.
