I love awards shows

Okay, until the end, it was the worst awards show ever. Will Arnett didn't win and Steve Carell didn't win. And Michael Schur didn't win for writing "Christmas Party."

Carmen and I were totally bummed. After Steve Carell was denied what was rightfully his, we were convinced that there was no way that The Office was going to win, and it was officially going to be the Worst Emmys Ever. I was convinced that neither "The Office" nor "Arrested Development" was going to win.

And then...right before they announced it...I knew that we would win. I knew it! And then WE DID! YAAAAAAAAAY! Oh man, I am so happy that "The Office" won. Carmen and I both squealed and jumped up out of our chairs and ran up to the TV and kind of jumped around a little bit.

(And, not like anyone is the least bit surprised, but damn did my man JKras look hot. Hottttttttttttttt with infinity T's.)

So happy. YAY FOR THE OFFICE!!

Speaking of which, Conan's opening segment part that was IN "The Office" was kind of one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. Although the opening part with the plane crash, while I understood that it was a reference to "Lost," it felt very weird and kind of uncomfortable considering what happened in Lexington today.

It was very sad when they showed John Spencer. I just... Well, I'm not going to go into the feelings I have for John Spencer and why I have them, but suffice to say that that guy definitely meant something to me, and I'm sad that he's not in the world anymore.

Other than that, did anyone else notice that the Emmys were kind of...weird this year? Like, apparently someone broke all of the orchestra's instruments, because there was no music? All kinds of messy camara shots and screwed up cues...weird stuff.

Oh well. "The Office" WON!! And I have to use my Office icon, even though it's my grumpy icon, because it's also my OFFICE icon!

Also, I saw Little Miss Sunshine today and it's awesome, awesome, awesome, and everyone should see it.
