Put <*body style="cursor:url(http://foreverfree.com/powderedshuqer/StarryCursor);"> under <*/head> without the stars, of course. Which you probably knew already. =P It has to be a .cur file. Try foreverfree.com (it's the only free website that I could find that would let me link with a .cur file. Unless you already have a website you can link from..) and go to Microangelo for the cursor making program. It's easy to use. =D

The original maintainer got annoyed with greedy people and the community was being watched by LJ staff since it's against the TOS to sell Early Adopters for paid time/rename tokens...
