I think yours (and Smashing Sugar's) efforts for the dhr_valentine are enough to bring all the comm together. I always liked the fact that you got alot of D/Hr fic authors to participate in that challenge. You were able to get it out there, beyond the ones who hung out at CV or on LJ. And I respected you for that. More in awe, actually.

Y'know, I was thinking of asking you if you were available to help out on a fic archive I'm setting up but I wasn't sure if RL kept you veddy busy. And taking recent events into account, I seriously don't know what will happen. I hope that people are still able to maintain some sense of community even though people are split down the middle regarding this issue. There's also the other side that don't care..... so.. it's split three ways. :)

It won’t. I for one, will still do my usual stuff of keeping the fandom ALIVE! We shouldn’t let this unfortunate incident ruin the D/Hr spirit.

Good to see you back again. Basically there was this big event at weekinthelife over some plagiarism issues. The debates spilled over into various personal livejournals and Draco/Hermione yahoo groups, with some people supporting different sides and involved a central figure who had been active in the D/Hr community. I'm glad this whole issue has since died down and people are back to recc'ing and writing fics! Anyways, take care and talk to you soon :D
