So while trolling the je author meme, linked by tinyangl via twitter, I stumbled across this, this & this thread that made me think. After about two years away from fic-writing, I would have happily stayed on the budding, media-watching Arashi fandom fringes if not for tinyangl, who loves and is lovely, flails over everything, and is just so damn enabling

DDDDD: that said, ugh so LOVELY i cannot handle all the different ways and times that Yamapi's fallen in love. And because of each one, he's jaded and cynical and he won't call it love with Maki, but he can handle COFFEE. and omg, that end line. I CANNOT WITH THESE TWO. ;alskdfjalksdfjalksdjfkalsjdf (P.S. the yui/yamapi relationship made me so sad because it was so different and then he broke her heart, but he was right. it was totally better for him to break it off than to keep going. sobbing though.)

♥♥♥ I'm so glad you enjoyed this, though. Even the YamapiYui part because I know you actually shipped them and not so much YamapiKeiko, but the timing of the dramas kind of dictated that part. :X (Also the fact that love is such a messy fickle thing.) And ofc I had to bring it home with YamapiMaki because nostalgic feels and they played a big part in the beginnings of our flaily friendship. Anyway I just love you so ♥♥♥♥♥
