"Are you going to Aiba's party? Nino gave me the message about it yesterday."

Meisa turns toward Sho and shoots an arrow straight at his forehead. He curses as the point breaks flesh, grumbles as he plucks it out and the skin heals over the wound. He tosses it at her. "A simple no would have been enough, do you have to do that every time?"

"If it wasn't such a big and easy target, I wouldn't feel tempted to do that every time, brother dearest," Meisa replies cheerfully, catching the arrow gracefully with one hand. "But Maki already asked. I declined."

Sho frowns. "Everyone hasn't seen you in such a long time - they miss you."

Meisa's lips pucker thoughtfully, and Sho knows it's as much as he'll get out of her while the sun is still up. "Just think about it, okay?" He doesn't give her time to say a firm no, just clenches his reigns and drives his chariot forward.
