I turned in my last papers about an hour and a half ago. I'm done with the first year of my PhD program, and now all I can do is wait and see how I did this semester

I'm aiming for two and a half... one more year of coursework, comprehensive exams the next fall, and then however long it takes me to finish my dissertation.

Wow, that's a lofty goal...:) I know people who have taken 8 or 9 years to finish a PhD. So you're going to finish this one? I know you were questioning if you really thought it was right for you...
