With a house comes problems

So, our plumbing is all f*ed up. The sewage system is backing up into the basement and it is rather disgusting. Thankfully our landlord hired help to clean it up. But, the definately need some professionals to come out. It's so nasty. I feel bad but I am happy that I don't have to clean it all up. I can hear em hacking and gagging down there. And,
