PSA: My HP fic
I've had a few people ask me this lately, so I figured I should put this up somewhere permanent. This post will be linked to my userinfo.
Hello, Seeker of Fanfiction! If you're reading this, you may be wondering where the hell all my Harry Potter fic went. First off, thank you for caring. It is an egoboost of the highest order for people to even remember I wrote those fics. *g*
Secondly, I'm about to disappoint you. Due to a combination of factors, mostly due to changes to local law and refinement of LJ's TOS (culminating in Strikethrough '07), I've had to pull the vast majority of my HP fic offline, due to their admittedly questionable content. I'm not best pleased about this, to put it mildly, but I think it's best to err on the side of caution.
Follows is a list of the fics and drabbles I wrote, and their status:
So, there you go. If I do ever get around to editing the fics that might be rescue-able, they'll go back up on my website, not here on LJ. I'll edit this post should that happen.
Please don't ask me to send you a copy. I really, honestly can't. If you happen to come into receipt of a copy, there's very little I can do about that, but I would appreciate it if you would let me know where you got it from. I won't be angry, but that person will need to know exactly why these fics can't be distributed. Feel free to direct them here.
