what does it mean to be a woman?

SO i've been pondering what it means to be a woman. Is it the parts that the gods gave us to carry and nourish and bear children? Or is it something more? If a woman loses the parts that make her a woman is she still a woman? Men can have breasts that has been established. SO a decision has been handed down to me. I have reached a pre-cancerous

What about the spiritual aspect? Isn't part of being a woman having a piece of the Goddess inside of you?
