The irony and "shoot yourself in the footishness" of this really shouldn't be lost to you or me here.

But, the answer your looking for here is really simple; "as long as it takes, unless it's forever."

I know that's not much. But it's all that really comes to mind. And as someone that loves and cares about you, I couldn't say nothing.

And speaking as a formerly bitter and jaded fella (a suit I know you never liked to see me wear), I gotta say, hon. It doesn't suit you.

But then again; nobody ever really wears it well. They just think they do until the realize they don't.
