My sister is going through a bad breakup and the beginning is always the hardest, she was looking at facebook updates and myspace and I told her as much as you want to look at those things to see what your ex is up to its better to just delete them or not look at all, cause it just upsets you.
Breakup's suck and they are hard but all you can do is keep busy and try to put your mind on something else. The only thing that cures a breakup is time, eventually all these feelings will go away *HUGS*
