hi, just read your userinfo)) it would be ineteresting to read you. Will you let me? Promis not to bother you with comments!

Once you bring up religion or the Bible, I take that as an automatic win and I will stop responding because I only have intelligent discussions and debates with people that aren't religious loonies.
!!! that's an amazing phrase!!))) all about me))

Sure!

And I don't mind comments. I actually like to get comments! It gives me something to read while I wait for certain slow advisors to read and respond to me. :)

Give me a few minutes so I can put you on the appropriate filters.

Wow. I would like to friend you b/c I see you on gradstudents and academia_anon, and your interests and activities are amazinly cool. I love that you're a moderator, and a lot of other stuff you list, but I don't want to sound weird so I won't drool about it. :-)

I'm pretty noob so nothing on my journal yet except private am-I-doing-this-right posts but yeh, I would like friends.

Well I am glad you find me interesting. I don't think I'm all that interesting or cool (I'm just me), but come join the party! :)

Hi hi hi!

I'm Diana Clarion; we were discussing passing issues in transgender. And you're a space scientist! I'm envious3 of you now!

:o)

Oh don't be envious! I barely count as a space scientist. That is what I would like to be but my recent job offer is just in general science and technology. However it will give me the time and money to apply for appropriate space internships so I can really break into the field properly.

And as for pictures this is the subfolder I was mentioning:

Fellow intellectual type, transmale and possible Aspie, on the transgender comm. Was reading your recent comments re FTM passing and acquaintances shallowly flipflopping their gender-perceptions. First time I've seen fandomage on Dracula: The Series -- used to watch that on Saturday afternoons when I was a teen. I also do freeform IM/PBEM RPing in various spinoff areas, in addition to running an RPers discussion/networking group (it's listed in my links). Into cultural anthropology and comparative religions, history, abnormal and cross-cultural psychology, fun stuff like that.

Hello,

You might remember me from an incident in the gradstudents community a little over a year ago - there was a post about Macs vs. PCs, and you thought I was the puppet account of the OP, and you banned me from the community.

I was wondering if I could appeal that ban? I'd been a member for about a week at the time, and since then haven't found anything approaching the size and quality of that community. You seem to be the most active moderator (I've sent an e-mail to the other mods, but you don't have an e-mail posted so I'm commenting instead, since I see that these are screened comments).

Essentially, I'd like the opportunity to prove that I'm a fun, intelligent person with a lot to offer a good community. I'm defending my MS in September and continuing on to my PhD, so I think I have a lot to offer in experience (and not to mention the questions I still have left). In addition, I moderate several communities (inlcluding thelunarsociety, a science discussion community), and so I know how difficult your job can be. I also know what appropriate ( ... )

I remember you.

Actually you were supposed to have been reinstated and put on probabation in order to prove your lack of sock puppetness, while the OP (the main offender/insulter who later tried to stalk me) was to stay banned. I'm surprised one of the others didn't unban you.

No wonder I didn't hear anything else! I'm sorry about all the trouble, and that you were stalked.

I tried joining again before I wrote you to see if anything's changed. I'll try again.

Remember how the OP tried getting personal with me and made comments about my husband? (They believed I was married to another member of gradstudents), well when I said that I wasn't, he started harassing me and my actual husband, even going so far as to call me and tell me he was watching me, even describing my OLD house (I had just moved and all addresses weren't updated yet.) My phone number was the same.

And the funnier thing is that the OP did admit you were his sock puppet so his comments did not help your case any. Hence, why on probation. As two people had conflicting information.

You should be able to join now.
