I think you might be misunderstanding the intent. FMLA is pro-sex and pro-sexuality; if they were the ones handing out cookies, it's probably to promote sexual openness and such.

Yay for spending hundreds of dollars of other people's money! I can say that with even more joy now that I no longer contribute to the student activity fee. :D But even then I liked it.
