What a shock--and on top of the injuries and deaths, knowing the location of a tragedy makes it even more a blow (says the person who knew well the Luby's in Killeen.) Hugs.

Glad you had at least a good time at GAfilk and that the voice lessons are helping. You write good songs.

If your trip is early that week, you might be interested to know that we are hosting a house concert with Jim Malcolm the weekend of October 29 and 30 - he's is doing a concert on each night at 7:30pm. He stays with us, but we have two guest rooms, so you'd be welcome to the other one if you want to come out a bit early.

It was SO good to see you guys! There just needs to be more hours in the day so we can chat - and fewer disruptions next time! I'm bummed I had to miss all of Sunday, but it was the right decision.
