work - ahh boring

i am so over my job. Its boring and no one really talks to anyone. I hate to say it but i probably talk on the phone for at least an hour a day and surf the next for another couple, go to the gym for 1.5 hours and drink loads of water and eat to pass the day

If people at your work don't talk much to anyone, why not try to break this pattern by you being the one to talk to them first? Even just giving them a smile and a pleasant word might make them more open to have a little chat! They might even go out of their way to talk if you let them see how friendly you are. Just a thought.

ive tried. they do talk sometimes and its usually to bitch about some new person who talks all the time when they are working! or i try and talk to them and they look up to humour me then go ok and type again. I even try and talk IT gadgets that they all love and its pretty useless. they will talk sometimes, but maybe once a week
