You do realise that alcohol is high in calories and so is fattening? When sharing a bottle, why not have one glass, just sip from it occasionally and let your friends finish the bottle? I bet they wouldn't notice how little you are drinking. Shots are disasterous as its hard to keep track how much you have drunk.

When you drink excessive amounts you generally dance, well I do anyway.

That works off at least half what you've been drinking because you are trying so hard to dance and keep yourself upright it uses twice the calories. That's what I think and I'm sticking to it. ;)

i drink bourbon and diet coke which is only 1 point on weight watchers, also a wine is only 1 point. Its beer that is really high in calories and i drink coors light or mikalob light which is still 5% alcohol but hardly any calories, fat free nearly! technology its great!!!
