Hey, hon. I missed you. Sorry I was gone so long. Sort of got into a slump and couldn't convince myself out of it for some reason.

And yep, such fun with the brother. Now his son is hear and he refuses to come to our house even to spend time with them. I can tell this is gonna be a fun week. They are supposed to be spending it at his house, but decided they'd stay here tonight. For some reason I see repercussions coming. But I'm just gonna duck and cover and hope it all passes over.

I've missed you too. It got quiet when you took off. But I understand what you're saying. Sometimes you just need time away and off.

Well I don't plan on being quiet anymore. I'm trying to turn a page and get back a part of my life that I feel like I lost somewhere. And for that I've gotta talk to the people I care about more, and do mindless junk less.

My brother is now speaking to my mom again, which he hasn't done since the argument, but I doubt I'll hear from him anytime soon. Oh well. He can just get over it, because life is too short to worry about people being petty.
