Earlier tonight I watched “The Devil and Daniel Johnston”. I’m reading “Journey to the Centre of the Earth” by Jules Verne. I’m now officially obsessed with the writers of the 1800’s and early 1900’s. There is a texture to that era of writing that seems to be prevalent among all its authors. I think it’s the mix of cryptic science, psychology, religion and occultism which gives the texts a strange feeling ( Read more... )
