The couple upstairs was at it again, or so we thought. The woman was screaming, and SO loud, SO late that we called the cops. It turns out she was talking on the PHONE! we could hear every word she said she was so loud! Well, they asked her to calm down since it was after 10 and all, and after they left she proceeded to slam her patio doors closed
