I'd go with Ueno Koen, with random stops at the Hachiko statue in Shibuya, definitely Akihabara. Of course, first thing I'd do in Tokyo is get a hold of my friend mippa, who lives there.

"Kin no unchi"? Fabulous. I never actually saw it before. Although I never really did the touristy Asakusa bit myself.

I'm definitely going to ravish the ceramics scene once I'm out there. Too bad the stuff's too heavy to bring back as practical souvineers.

Leave it to the Vickster to recommend such sights. :)

Note: I was living in Nakano last summer, and I couldn't find the Mandrake. If you know someone else who has been there, ask them to take you. Otherwise, go to the one in Shibuya-It's DAMN big ^_ ( ... )
