So here's how I've been in the past 24 hours or so: keyed up (to put it mildly).
I couldn't get to p.t. yesterday. Just getting out of bed was pain and torment - playing tiptoe through the snowdrifts (and ice), just to bend knees into the car - only to put more stress on them and then do the whole thing in reverse...well, we all (p.t. people too)
