Oh the making up of riduculosity

Well, one day in the 9th grade, I was so fed up with the world that I went up to you right in the middle of band and said "Melisa, let's get out of here. Are you with me?" And without even another type A thought, you handed your flute to the lost freshman next to you and we were walking towards the band-room windows where I had stored our getaway hangliders. We slipped off into the air and sailed over sound oogling at sea-otters and cute boys, until our toes got too cold and we flew home for hot cocoa.
