It's interesting. I've lost the same amount, and have not made many sacrifices at all. For me it's just been a function of being conscious of my total daily intake, but I never felt down when I went over one day a week. Then again, there are a couple key differences. I started at higher point, both literally and relatively, and have no desire to reach the point you've attained. As long as I'm within the "normal" weight range for my height, even at the upper end, I'm not going to go to alter my lifestyle further than I am now, even if I only maintain my current weight. The law of diminishing returns, particularly in this context, is persuasive beyond anything else
