[Now that's more like it. At the nod, Belarus leads them toward a vast open grounds, large pasture with the view of the forest edge within sight.]

[Once he's sure Prussia's by his side and keeping a safe distance, he lifts his arm up and the eagle takes flight, soaring over the blue sky. He lets it fly for a few moments, then take out a piece of meat from his belt pouch. He whistles, a near high-pitch one, and it doesn't take long for the eagle to swoop down to his gloved arm, snatching the meat in its beak.]

A few weeks. [Though it's more of a few months, letting the eagle familiarise with his presence and scent.] Soon it will be your turn. [At that, the eagle cocks its head toward Prussia, almost as if asking for a pat.] Go ahead.

[Smiles at that and slowly moves forward, moving carefully. She raises her hand towards the eagle and carefully, gently touches over its head]

[The eagle is compliant and obedient, letting Prussia pet its head, going so far as to even bump against the palm of her hand.]

[Which is easy to see. This particular breed is quite the proud type, and wouldn't submit easily to anyone less worthy.]
